Nicole

Kaechele

Nicole has over a decade of experience working with communities, organizations, and governments in areas of strategic planning, project analysis/development/management, facilitation, and knowledge translation. She has experience working with a diverse clientele, including Indigenous organizations and governments, provincial and federal agencies, legal firms, and research institutions.

 

With a passion for working with people and a diverse skill-set, Nicole focuses on helping people to identify and express what matters to them, using these values to build better, more resilient processes, partnerships and projects.

 

Nicole has experience facilitating multi-stakeholder groups at local and national scales. She has launched and managed multi-year community-engaged projects, and regularly works with partners with expertise in the decision sciences, the natural sciences, and cultural experts with lived experience.

 

Nicole has apprenticed with cultural experts in Nuxalk Territory, has a master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management, and has additional training in Conflict Resolution and Structured Decision Making.
